INVENTORY

Horizon Cable Service maintains a $3,000,000 inventory to accommodate your requirements. Our inventory is continually being expanded, but it is impossible to show individual additions as they occur. If you do not see a product in the catalog, please give us a call or visit our website at horizoncableinc.com for new product updates and specials.

INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our billing terms are net 30 days from date of invoice to approved credit accounts. Delivery terms are FOB shipping point unless otherwise noted. If no shipping instructions are given at time of purchase we will use our judgement to determine the most satisfactory routing. All material ordered becomes the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Claims must be received within 24 hours with Horizon Cable to discuss any issues that may have occurred.

RETURNED GOODS/SHORTAGES

Goods may not be returned without prior approval of a Horizon Cable representative. You must receive approval prior to returning any material. Should the reason for return be failure on Horizon Cable we will rectify the error promptly without expense to the buyer. Should the return be made because of customer error, a 15% restocking fee plus shipping expenses will be applied.

PRICES

Due to constantly fluctuating markets prices are omitted from this catalog. We welcome the opportunity to quote your requirements at the most competitive levels. Please call or contact any of our sales representatives for further assistance.

LIMITS & LIABILITY

Items found to be defective will be replaced or credited at the purchase price. Horizon Cable reserves the right to request that such items be returned to us for examination. Purchaser and Horizon Cable expressly agree that Horizon Cable is only responsible for the cost of the product or replacement.
